Early 20th century Steiff plush teddy bear, straw filled, with silver button to left ear, having glass eyes, long arms, hump back and moveable joints. 34cm approx. (B.P. 21% + VAT)
Snout appears re-stitched and has a little bit of straw coming through, rather grubby and worn. The arms and feet have been re-padded. Some little holes in places. Possibly dating from 1908.
